Here is a video of the final castle and battles. On my first time through I died at the 2nd part, so I just pasted in my victory clip at the end of the first playthrough to keep the video time down and show what everyone wants to see. So if you notice Mario teleport randomly right after the first battle, that’s why. Also that I’m suddenly Fire Mario when I enter the first battle. xD It’s for time management. Remember when Miyamoto said that the final battle would be a nostalgic play on a previous battle? I’m sure he means the original SMB. But there is also that cameo with Kamek that gave me a nostalgic moment of the final battle in Yoshi’s Island. This whole game is nostalgic though! I also have the credits recorded, I’ll upload it shortly. Enjoy!

I missed two portions of the video (thanks to WayoshiM for pointing one of them out to me). In this video, any of the missed hidden exits/alternate routes from my initial playthroughs of the levels are shown here. Yes, I have been paying attention to the clues viewers have left as to where the hidden exits are; I just was saving the footage of them for this compilation. I also never went to any of the cannons because I didn’t want to use them at all in my first playthrough of the game. By watching my entire playthrough thus far, as well as watching this video, everyone should at least get the gist of the general locations of every Star Coin and alternate route in the game. Note that I said the gist of their locations, not their precise one; you can find their exact locations on your own (like I did). This is the final level in the game, i enjoyed the game alot, though it was too easy for my tastes, many people might enjoy this (mostly the Boss part), since this is the final castle including the final boss if you don’t want the game spoiled for you don’t watch this video.

This is really a complete run of a wonderful game that gave me so much pleasure when I was younger! Through this, I will show you a lot of the secrets of the game, not all of them, but the main ones for sure… I wanted to record this run for all the lovers of this classic!!! My playing isn’t perfect, but I think I did a good job with it! I hope you enjoy it! World: 1-1,1-2,1-3,1-4,Fortress. To transform Hammer Brother into a Coin Ship, you have to get (at the end of a Stage) an amount of money with two identical numbers. Examples:11,22,33,44,55,66,77, 88,99. And, you have to break rocks to get your second last score number be the same as the number you got for your coins. Ex: If 99 coins, your score can be 110890 points, and not 110880 points for example. and, you must hit the Cube at the end of the stage when the time is a pair number finishing by:0,2,4,6 or 8. It only works in worlds 1,3,5,6. To get the Secret White Mushroom Shop House to appear, you must get almost if not all coins in World 1-4. Remember the music, since all stages with this music work the same! There is one of those stages per world. (Worlds 1 to 7 included)

Let’s watch the8bitgamer tackle one of the “worst things Nintendo has ever thrown into a game”! Just by reading the entire title, you can obviously tell this is a painful spoiler. Why “painful”? A lot of people who’ve played this game have whined and whined about World 9-7 being “liek, da hardist staeg evurh!!1!!1!” I come across a few obstacles, but all in all, it’s REALLY not all that bad. The “take 30″ thing was a joke too, btw. I highly recommend getting this game for the holidays. Good amount of replay value, and it supports 4 player multiplayer. MY personal issues: Sometimes when I’m playing through a level, Mario does a wall kick or a “twirl” as I like to call it on times that I DO NOT want the move to be activated. Basically, it’s “activated” at the worst of times. Some of my deaths that aren’t included in this video have been because of this issue.
